Thoughtful Perimenopause and Menopause Care

You’ve probably already figured out something is off.
The irritability that surprises you. The weight that won’t respond. Brain fog. Mood changes. Changes in your sex life. The sleep that just isn’t right anymore. Maybe you’ve done the research. Maybe you’ve gotten conflicting answers or been told everything looks normal when nothing feels normal. This practice exists for women who want to go deeper. Here’s how I work.

Understanding What’s Happening

What to Do

Making Sure it Works
This kind of care isn’t for everyone. It’s for you if:
- You’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or hormonal changes and are ready to pursue feeling truly well
- You want unhurried time with a physician who can look at the full picture
- You want to understand your options and make decisions that feel right for you
- You’re located in Indiana or South Dakota

Get to Know Dr. Terri Fites
I’m a board-certified family physician and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with a background in pharmacy. But what brought me to this work isn’t just my training—it’s personal. Going through perimenopause myself showed me how disruptive and how misunderstood this transition can be, even for a physician.
My goal is simple: to give you the time, the information, and the thoughtful care that helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
